February 14th, 1960 was the day the town of Sweet changed forever. On Valentine’s Day, Sweet was torn apart by a brutal series of murders committed by a figure the media would later name The Sweet County Ripper—known to locals simply as “The Heartbreaker.” Witnesses described a lone figure dressed in a black hoodie, jeans, and heavy boots. His face was hidden behind a skull mask, marked with a cracked, blood-soaked heart. Then, without a trace, he vanished. No suspects. No arrests. No answers. Now, on the ten-year anniversary of the massacre, your a group of college students who return to Sweet as part of a local news assignment—hoping to interview residents, uncover forgotten details, and finally piece together the truth behind the killings. The streets are quiet. The town remembers. And one question lingers in the dark… Will The Heartbreaker return?
